If Islam is a peace-loving religion, then why is the White House so quick to tell all of us that Obama is NOT a muslim, like it’s a bad thing? Something fishy here.

Will someone please explain why the President of the United States went on “The View” instead of working on unemployment, working on the war, working on the bank situation, working on domestic violence, working on all the shootings going on in the inner cities, working on all the cop shootings and HARK, how about just working at all? Is he a celebrity now? WHAT’S GOING ON?

Why is it wrong to send people back to their country who have entered this country illegally, don’t pay taxes, increase the crime rate and waste tax-payers dollars? Someone tell me what is wrong with rounding these people up and getting rid of them?

Sadly, prayer is on the line again according to a federal district court in Wisconsin, where a judge has ruled in favor of an atheist organization – declaring the National Day of Prayer UNCONSTITUTIONAL. Are you kidding me? So we can have special “Days” for every ethnic group in the world, complete with their hideous music, costumes and the time-honored tradition of completely halting traffic, but we can’t have day of prayer? Something is brewing and God is NOT happy!

Here is the first thing I hear when I turn on the tv this morning to hear the weather: “Woman Shot On South Side” and “Man Shot in Back Of The Yards Neighborhood” and “Partial Body Found In Bag” and “Teen Shot On West Side” and “Burglar Suspect Found Hanging In Ventilation System” and “Python Found In Hotel Toilet” and “Body Found In Lake Michigan” and “Naperville Dance Instructor Killed By Train”. I had to go lay back down. WHERE AM I? Beruit? Why are there so many murders around here?

I am well aware that “dignitaries” need body guards, however, must my plane have to circle over O’Hare for almost an hour and then sit on the ground another half hour and then be told “If you wander out onto the runway, you will be arrested and/or shot” just because some bigwig from the Middle East had landed and was aleady in his Black Escalade heading towards downtown Chicago? Shot at? Are you kidding? I had ten cats with me, two of whom were full of vomit. What did they think I was going to do? Unzip all the cat carriers on the runway and let the cats wander around? Who “wanders around runways” anyway? Furthermore, aren’t I the tax-paying American Citizen? Shouldn’t I atleast be allowed to land and get off the plane since the “bigwig” was already in his bullet proof Escalade? But it gets better. They shut down the Express Lanes from O’Hare all the way to downtown so he wouldn’t have to sit in traffic! Meanwhile, where he comes from, people are still riding donkeys and camels from place to place. Why do we cowtow to these people? Unbelievable.

Just because that idiot on the United Flight was a foreign dignitary from Qatar it’s okay for him to smoke in the bathroom and then make jokes about shoe bombs? Why isn’t he prosecuted like everyone else? United should be ashamed of themselves, buckling under pressure.

Well folks, pray that on Sunday this health care bill does not get passed in it’s present state. I do not want my tax dollars funding abortions and I doubt you do also. And if you don’t think this is in the bill, do your research. Listen to what the head of Planned Parenthood said this morning. If you are against this part of the health care bill, log onto http://www.aclj.org and sign the on-line petition saying you do NOT want your health care dollars funding abortions. Listen, whatever women want to do with their own bodies is up to them, but we should not have to help pay for what they think is an “inconvience.”

Now, maybe I’m wrong but doesn’t the government work for us? Aren’t they supposed to represent us? When did the government turn into a nazi-regime with them telling us what we can and cannot do? If everyone was so effing happy about this health care bill, why were the White House phones jammed and then down the last two days? Aren’t they listening or don’t they care or….. oh yes, that’s right, our rights don’t matter anymore. Next thing you’ll see the White House rewrite the Constitution….

And speaking of health care – are the people who refuse (due to their “religious” beliefs) to go to doctors and hospitals going to be forced to pay for health care?

Stereotypes come from somewhere as evidenced by this latest tidbit of news-worthy info: Federal authorities have arrested this guy who was the ring leader that helped more than 100 foreign students illegally obtain U.S. student visas over a period of several years. This guy doesn’t have a college degree and yet, he sat in classes and took tests as the students he got the visas for at 10 community colleges and universities in the Orange County/Los Angeles area. So let’s focus on health care, because there is nothing else to be worried about in this country. Grrrrrrrr!

I RANT:
There is something scary and sinister in how the government refuses to admit and act on the fact that every single “terrorist bomber” is and was from the Middle East AND LOOKS LIKE HE IS AND WAS FROM THE MIDDLE EAST but the airlines are not allowed to profile people according to race. DUH. This means that little 105 lb., blue-eyed Grandma from Idaho trying to fly to Chicago to see her grandchildren will be patted down, wanded and submitted to dangerous levels of radiation (HARK! What levels of radiation ARE NOT DANGEROUS ANYWAY?) because you just never know what she might have packed on her person while some swarthy looking, sketchy looking terrorist type sails right past because, God Forbid, you don’t want to piss anyone off. This world is becoming more and more like Animal Farm. “Four legs good – Two legs bad.”

I am sick and tired of listening to Obama talk about his health care bill. How difficult is it? Here’s the solution: People who were laid off get free health care. Senior citizens get free health care. And they get to pick their own doctors. People who never worked or are living off the government (popping out kids for money) have to pay for it. People who crawled across the border have to pay for it. And they don’t get to pick their own doctors. Sounds harsh but if you have worked your ass off your entire life, you deserve something better than to be kicked around like a dog.

I really don’t know where to begin. I’m from Chicago. Enough said.
